I met Karan at an open house, and he approached me with packets to take home with valuable home buying information. What set Karan apart from other agents I had met was his preparation and determination. He also made my head spin with the wealth of knowledge he has, and made me realize there was alot I did not know. I had many discussions with Karan before signing with him, and he reassured me every step of the way. Karan is not just a glorified door opener. He has immense knowledge of the market, big ticket items to keep a look out for, and the ins and outs of real estate deals. He was keen to spot any potential deal breakers with properties, and would not hesitate to inform me if he noticed anything unsatisfactory. Karan was quick to answer to all of my questions and requests, and I was impressed by his tenacity. He made the buying process crystal clear from start to finish, and even helped with some extraordinary negotiations between offer acceptance and closing. Karan is not in it for the quick pay day. He genuinely cares for his clients, and wants them to get great deals, and will tell you if he feels the property or deal is unsatisfactory. Just an all around great dude! I could not be more pleased with Karan, and I would recommend working with him every day of the week, and twice on Sunday. Karan is a go-getter.
